As the League Representative for the Jaguars, I was tasked with designing the yearly merchandise drop for the collegian members. The goal was to maintain the existing grunge and edgy vibe of the Jaguars brand, while also offering a cleaner, more accessible version to appeal to a wider audience.

Background
Prior to starting the design process, I made sure to gather feedback from my fellow collegian members to ensure the new merchandise would meet their expectations and preferences. This collaborative approach helped ensure the final products would resonate strongly with the target audience.
Development
The design process involved striking a balance between the gritty, punk-inspired aesthetic that the Jaguars are known for, and a more streamlined, minimalist interpretation that would attract students who may not be drawn to the harsher, more aggressive styling.
The result was a merchandise collection that offered the best of both worlds - designs that maintained the Jaguars' signature grunge vibe, as well as cleaner, more refined options. This dual approach allowed the brand to continue trendsetting, while also giving a sense of pride and belonging to the broader student body.
Final Thoughts
The overwhelmingly positive response, both from the Jaguars collegian members and other League Representatives, was a testament to the success of this project. By addressing the diverse design preferences within the student population, the new merchandise collection strengthened the Jaguars' position as a trendsetter and reinforced the sense of community and school spirit.
